The Claret Group specializes in machining, robotics and manufacturing of special machines, thanks to its production sites based in North America and Europe. For more than 40 years, it has offered a rapid and adapted response to its customers in the development of new products and automation in line with the increasingly stringent demands of the market.
About the Claret Group
CLARET FRANCE was founded in 1972, under the name Claret Fraisage. Production automation dates back to the early 90s, and the first robot was installed in 1996. Claret France is therefore very familiar with the constraints associated with robotics, making it a recognized and appreciated integrator.
The French plant is still production-oriented, with robotized machinery and innovative organizational techniques.
ROBOTFLY SYSTEM joined the Claret Group in 1999. It grew out of the historical activities of Profilage SIGA. This experienced Canadian company, founded in 1967, specialized in the design and manufacture of custom machines, in particular roll-formers for metal sections. It now focuses on the development and manufacture of the ROBOTFLY cell, as well as on custom robotic and special machine projects.

This all-in-one robot cell finally makes it possible to combine small series and robotics at the same time.
This product was designed according to the expectations of many manufacturers wishing to automate their production while maintaining the flexibility of their business. It is with this in mind that our engineers developed this mobile cell to allow rapid change (which can be less than 15 minutes) from one machine to another depending on production needs. In order to optimize the robot's capabilities as much as possible, additional functions such as deburring or part inspection can be integrated and operated in hidden times.
